Performs a variety of tasks which may include analyzing proposed project solutions to ensure design integrity, reliability, resource efficiently and cost effectiveness.

Experience and a willingness to undertake construction reviews is also required.
Minimum 28 years’ experience is preferred.
Basic understanding of topographic or construction layout surveying.
Strong organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrate a flexible approach to work assignments.
Understanding of concepts of relevant areas of civil engineering design.
Ability to interpret sketches, drawings, and other similar material.
Diploma in Computer Aided Design and Drafting Technology, or Civil Engineering Technology.
Possession of a valid driver license.
Performs civil design using knowledge of relevant software programs primarily AutoCAD Civil3D including underground utilities (water/sewer conveyance using pipe networks), roadways (alignments using corridors), and site developments (using surface and grading commands).
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
Requires understanding and proficiency of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
