Test and Balance Technician

Description

• Perform TAB and troubleshoot hydronic systems

Requirements

The Technician will join a team responsible for delivering successful Test and Balance (TAB) projects. The role prefers a high school diploma or equivalent and values candidates with at least five years of relevant experience.

• Advanced knowledge of TAB math formulas
• Configure and troubleshoot VFDs
• Basic understanding of blueprints
• Understand variable and constant volume air‑side applications
• Use Siemens, Trane, Honeywell, and TAB reporting software
• Knowledge of healthcare clean rooms and negative pressure areas
• Speak clearly, listen actively, and participate in meetings
• Write clearly, edit for grammar, and present data effectively
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
