Perform Audits/Inspections at specified Quality gates.
Work with operations team to resolve issues and put in countermeasures to prevent future reoccurrences. Improve/modify test procedure as required.

Understanding of precision measurement equipment and applications.

Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to investigate problems, determine root cause, and suggest or implement effective solutions.
Ability to train the Terex Utilities team on Quality Standards and Customer Requirements.
Work independently with minimal supervision in a responsible manner
2-3 years of proven experience in Assembly/Installation, Testing, or Inspection.
Highly proficient in communicating problems and solutions to leadership, internal and external customers, and with other departments and plants.
Possess good mechanical aptitude
Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics and other types of engineering/manufacturing drawings.
Safe and positive approach to daily standard work.
Must be familiar with weld inspection methods used by Terex Utilities at the various facilities.
Demonstrate acceptable attendance for company standard; provides adequate notification; aware of impact on organization
