Collaborate with the Quality team to enforce compliance across all facilities
Ensure regulatory compliance across production, documentation, and labeling
Communicate audit findings, deviations, and risks to quality leadership and management
Promote a culture of professionalism, cleanliness, and regulatory accountability
Partner with operations to provide regulatory guidance and support decision-making
Lead and support audits with regulatory agencies and third-party certification bodies (e.g., NSF, Kosher, Halal, Organic)
Lead recall activities and regulatory response efforts as needed
Build, train, and lead a high-performing regulatory-focused team
Manage customer audits and partner with customer quality teams to resolve issues

5+ years of quality and regulatory compliance experience in a cGMP environment
5+ years managing company-wide certifications (e.g., Organic, Kosher, Halal, NSF, SQF, or equivalent)
2+ years of people management experience
- Experience leading regulatory, certification, and customer audits
- cGMP training or equivalent certification
- 5+ years of quality and regulatory compliance experience in a cGMP environment
- 5+ years managing company-wide certifications (e.g., Organic, Kosher, Halal, NSF, SQF, or equivalent)
