  • Analyze and resolve system-related issues; devise innovative, practical solutions to address project and customer challenges.
  • Design, develop, and troubleshoot data exchanges, integrations, and dataflow processes across enterprise applications.
  • Coordinate with Automation Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration across the full project life cycle.
  • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions for Project Controls Cost System implementation.
  • Develop and execute test plans, migration plans, and manage new release documentation for project control toolkits.
  • Support end-user training and onboarding for project control applications.
  • Utilize SQL for data querying, troubleshooting, and validation within BI and project control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational automation standards and Standard Work Process Procedures (SWPPs) during implementation and operations.

  • BE / B. Tech / MCA or equivalent Scientific or Engineering Degree or bachelor’s degree in other academic stems with over 3 to 8 years of EPC industry on domestic and international field assignments.
  • Must be amenable to working in shifts
  • Leverage 3–8 years of hands-on experience in BI reporting and automation, with demonstrated expertise in tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel Macro.
  • Hands-on experience in EcoSys configuration and application support
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and report performance optimization to support scalable BI solutions.
  • Ability to adopt new platforms and new technologies to support business
  • Strong proficiency in EcoSys configuration to design and implement cost control system, reporting, and system automation.
  • Hands-on experience in Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of Project Controls Tools, such as P6, Estimating systems, etc.
