- Provide leadership and oversight for all VDC functions within the region.
- Coordinate training, implementation, and support of VDC tools and processes for regional teams.
- Evaluate BIM modeling capabilities of internal teams, trade partners, and external design collaborators.
- Contribute to the development of digital delivery roadmaps and initiatives within Project Delivery Services.
- Strengthen VDC capabilities of strategic partners, vendors, and subconsultants.
- Collaborate with regional and project leadership to develop VDC strategies across the full project lifecycle—from proposals and planning to execution and quality assurance.
- Assist in the development of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and lead client interactions with support from project leadership and VDC Project Coordinators.
- Work with the Director of VDC Digital Content to guide content strategy and development.
- Represent CRB in VDC-related webinars and conferences, sharing insights and identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Lead VDC resource planning and scheduling for regional projects.
- Troubleshoot VDC tools and workflows and ensure alignment with CRB and client standards.
- Support the Director of Digital Delivery in testing, standardizing, and implementing emerging technologies to enhance digital delivery.
- Collaborate with corporate and regional leadership on strategic initiatives and standardization efforts.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to regional VDC staff.

- Strong understanding of building design and construction sequencing.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an EPC firm or equivalent construction industry setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Associate degree in Computer-Aided Design, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other design authoring platforms.
- Familiarity with VDC productivity tools (e.g., Revit add-ins, Dynamo, Bluebeam).
- Experience leading design/model coordination meetings across disciplines and trade partners.
- 3–5 years of experience managing or leading a team preferred.
- VDC certifications preferred (e.g., Revit Certified Professional, CM-BIM).
- Experience with 3D collaboration tools (e.g., BIM360/ACC, Assemble, clash tracking, laser scanning, iConstruct, model-based point layout).
- Advanced understanding of industry-standard VDC documentation (e.g., BEP, BIMForum).
- Ability to generate clash reports and guide resolution strategies.
- Strong knowledge of contractual delivery methods for design and construction.
- Experience facilitating spatial planning and developing “Spatial Allocation Zones” for MEP systems.
- Experience with AutoCAD Plant 3D preferred.
- Proven ability to write standards and guidelines.
- Ability to travel to construction sites and regional offices as needed.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
