Tasks
-Create flyers and maintain departmental statistics. -Support Medi-Cal and Covered California enrollment processes. -Schedule appointments for low-cost or free programs, such as CHDP, Family PACT, and EyePACS. -Assist individuals and families with referrals to community services. -Engage with schools, churches, nonprofits, and local organizations to promote awareness of services. -Represent the organization at community events and meetings.

What You Bring
-Customer service skills. -Minimum of 6 months of healthcare experience. -Bilingual in Spanish. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Experience in healthcare, medical assisting, or related fields. -Experience with electronic health records. -Proficiency in scheduling and appointment management. -Medical assisting diploma or CNA license preferred.
