• Maintain comprehensive project plans for tender submissions, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for tender preparation.
• Actively participate in coordination meetings with the client, consultant, project team, and subcontractors
• Implement contingency plans to mitigate potential issues during the tender process.

Requirements

Education and Certification Minimum

• Skill in preparing and managing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and baseline schedules
• Capability to prepare and maintain project control reporting documents.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of project controllers, schedulers, and cost analysts
• PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in project control management, preferably in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure industries
• Proficient in using project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project)
• Understand the different project control procedures and interfaces for all disciplines
• Expertise in monitoring and managing project performance, including cost and schedule variances
• Ability to support schedule review meetings and revise schedules accordingly
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant project management certification preferred
• Skill in tracking and reporting on resource utilization and project progress.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, using tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Proficiency in coordinating with the site team to optimize resource utilization
