  • Ensuring strong leadership, people management, and communication across all levels to achieve the sales targets, through high performance. Implementing HSE and business compliance standards and regulations within the unit. Live the ABB values and group standards
  • Demonstrating deep understanding of the relevant market segments, competition landscape and our market positioning, identifying long term growth ambition and evaluating growth opportunities with existing and potential customers and determining plans for implementation. Monitoring sales performance, proactively, ensuring the development and implementation of corrective actions to secure business growth when needed
  • Ensuring development of business and financial performance targets in line with Global Division Strategy and achieve ambitious growth targets through developing and executing local plans. Driving local P&L (OR, OR/Rev GM, Sales Costs), aligning sales costs with business priorities.
  • Developing and sustaining a customer-centric culture within the organization and across different teams and functions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure superior customer experience

  • Deep understanding of industrial markets, go-to-market strategy, customer needs, and growth levers with a background of Motion business
