Requirements

Windsor Farms Manufactured Home Community is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead who takes pride in quality work and keeping a community running smoothly. The position is based in Clinton Township, MI, and is ideal for reliable, skilled individuals who are ready to own maintenance operations.

• Complete plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work orders efficiently
• Possess basic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical knowledge; 6+ months trade experience preferred
• Work independently or collaboratively with other technicians
• Pass drug screen, background, and driving record checks
