We are seeking a Community Caretaker for our Neighbourhoods team who will handle caretaking and cleaning duties, report repairs, and remove bulky waste from communal areas. The role requires a visible representative for Clarion, interacting with residents and ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and security of the estates across Bolton and Greater Manchester.

Applicants must hold a full, valid manual UK driving licence, be able to drive company vehicles, and may need to travel to other estates in the area. The role is subject to a Basic Criminal Record Check, and candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment, and adhere to Clarion’s AI recruitment guidelines.
The position is based in Bolton – Platt Hill, covering Bolton and Greater Manchester, with a salary range of £25,603 to £29,027 per annum for a 36‑hour flexible week.
