  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on training impact and progress.
  • Stay updated on learning trends, tools, and technologies to enhance training delivery.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of training content (e-learning, instructor-led, blended formats).
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all internal and external training programs.
  • Continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data.
  • Develop and execute a global training strategy aligned with business objectives and technical excellence goals.
  • Design scalable learning programs including onboarding, technical certifications, leadership development, and continuous learning.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Partner with external vendors, certification bodies, and academic institutions as needed.
  • Leverage digital platforms and learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and track training.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training initiatives support strategic priorities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, multicultural organization.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization
  • Strong project management skills.
  • 10+ years of experience working with end user, consultants with hands on experience in condition monitoring, reliability strategy programs, plant asset maintenances, process industries etc.
