What you would be doing

- Ensure all contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including operational uptime, cost savings initiatives, and energy consumption reduction
- Engage with individual sites to drive savings initiatives and maintain updated savings tracker with proper documentation
- Drive energy savings and accurate energy data through PEERs, leveraging site teams
- Achieve contractual requirements and account annual goals including work order management metrics and all contractual KPI goals
- Deliver on regional/site/SBG operational budgets, including achieving contractual savings targets and monthly/quarterly budget adherence
- Maintain high client, customer, and user satisfaction through quarterly KPIs and satisfaction surveys
- Ensure effective integration of PDS, OP, and IFM Operations across all sites to deliver seamless service to clients
- Frequent meetings with clients, site teams, and cross-functional partners
- Occasional work in various environmental conditions during facility inspections

- Engineering or related degree preferred
- Travel required approximately 20-30% depending on client or account requirements

- Proven track record of delivering operational budgets and savings targets
- 10+ years Facility Management experience required
- Ability to travel 20-30% as required by client and account needs
- Bachelor's degree required
- Manufacturing space experience preferred
- Experience with energy management programs and sustainability initiatives
- Background in cross-functional team collaboration and global initiative implementation
- Ability to access different areas of facilities including mechanical rooms and outdoor areas
- Regular site visits requiring walking through various facility environments including manufacturing spaces
- Experience working in integrated facility management environments
- Strong understanding of contract requirements and KPI management
- Familiarity with PEERs energy management systems
- Office-based work environment with extensive computer use and data analysis
