The Coordinator will oversee inventory levels, process service and parts requests, conduct equipment repairs, and ensure all related paperwork is completed and filed electronically. Additional duties include verifying shipping and receiving orders, preparing fleet vehicles for employee use, maintaining facility cleanliness, and assisting colleagues with special projects.
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular counts.
- Process service, maintenance, supply, and parts requests promptly.
- Repair and detail traffic control equipment, towable units, trailers, and fleet vehicles.
- Complete and file all related documentation daily.
- Verify accuracy of shipping and receiving orders.
- Prepare and issue fleet vehicles to employees with proper paperwork.
- Perform facility and equipment maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Follow fleet and equipment policies, including purchasing and work order procedures.
- Assist teammates and handle special projects as assigned.
- Escalate issues to the warehouse supervisor when needed.
- Return materials to proper locations at shift end.
- Participate in department meetings and safety programs.
- Multi‑task, prioritize work, and follow directions timely.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain steel‑toed boots. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to multi‑task, prioritize work, and follow directions are required, with prior warehouse or mechanical experience considered a plus.
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal and organizational skills.
