Prepare equipment readiness reports and operational after-action reports to the Operations Manager via the Maintenance Manager as directed.
Oversee the maintenance, employment, and operation of SRDRS Systems and components under the responsibilities assigned OTECH Submarine Rescue Operations and Maintenance Contract with specific emphasis on PRM Launch and Recovery Systems (LARS) including:
Ensure proper setup, configuration, and functionality of equipment per Operating Procedures prior to use.
Provide technical expertise during planning, mobilization, and execution of operations.
Ensure all preventive maintenance is conducted per maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to ensure mission success.
Communicate operational requirements, progress updates, and technical considerations to all stakeholders.
Coordinate and lead efforts to ensure TUP equipment is packed in a rescue ready configuration to support Mod Alerts.
Monitor asset condition to maximize operational availability and minimize downtime.
Conduct corrective maintenance as required.
Prepare for meetings and presentations.
Report any corrective maintenance actions and log all corrective maintenance performed in the CSMP.
Coordinate with the Operations Manager to align asset deployment with mission requirements.
Report status of all assets to the SROMC Operations Manager via the Maintenance Manager.
Ensure customer feedback is captured, communicated, and integrated into operational improvements.
Work cooperatively with others to produce innovative solutions.
