The role requires a professional, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively under pressure.

A valid UK driving licence is essential due to regional travel requirements. Additional qualifications such as LEEA certification, IPAF or FLT training, and knowledge of PLC systems would be advantageous but are not essential as appropriate training will be provided. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and the willingness to participate in emergency callouts are important for success in this role.
