Under the guidance of the Site Superintendent and in partnership with the Project Manager, the role develops, manages, and completes a job plan for an assigned job. The job plan guides the project from start‑to‑finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Key duties include reviewing plans and specifications, developing comprehensive job plans covering schedule, access, manpower, and building requirements, and procuring tools, labor, and materials. The incumbent interacts with architects, owners, and subcontractors to resolve issues, communicates construction progress to supervisory personnel, and collaborates with the Project Manager on the Project Management Plan.
The role inspects work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules, manages the project based on progress reports, material usage, and costs, and adjusts work schedules accordingly. It also tracks and prices extra work tickets, change requests, and back charges, while complying with all safety policies and reporting unsafe activities.
A Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field (or equivalent education and experience) is required, along with at least two years of experience on commercial, industrial, or healthcare construction projects. Preferred experience includes HCAi/OSHPD, knowledge of building codes, blueprints, subcontractor scopes, strong problem‑solving abilities, and proficiency with BIM360 or similar technology; craft skills in concrete or other trades are advantageous.
The full salary range for this position is $100,000‑$120,000+ and includes eligibility for a target bonus, with possible travel or relocation assistance.
