The candidate will manage the program for all digital transformation (DT) tasks associated with divestitures, mergers, and acquisitions within GE Vernova's M&A team. This includes overseeing separation and integration activities and transitional services agreements (TSAs) from pre‑sign through post‑close, handling escalations, and engaging key stakeholders.
The role requires owning technology M&A readiness across Day 1, Day 30, Day 100, and post‑close horizons, leading deep technology due diligence, translating risks into mitigation plans, and driving synergy identification such as platform rationalization and cost optimization. The incumbent will define target‑state architecture, govern TSA exit strategies, and serve as the primary point of contact for divestiture and acquisition deals, coordinating with Business Development, Finance, and Sourcing teams.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM discipline and bring extensive experience leading DT teams in program management, M&A, and TSAs. Proven expertise in large‑scale, global programs, financial P&L management, negotiation, and GE Vernova DT infrastructure is required, with an ability to travel 15‑20 % internationally.
