The candidate will manage the program for all digital transformation (DT) tasks associated with divestitures, mergers, and acquisitions within GE Vernova's M&A team. This includes overseeing separation and integration activities and transitional services agreements (TSAs) from pre‑sign through post‑close, handling escalations, and engaging key stakeholders.
The role requires owning technology M&A readiness across Day 1, Day 30, Day 100, and post‑close horizons, leading deep technology due diligence, translating risks into mitigation plans, and driving synergy identification such as platform rationalization and cost optimization. The incumbent will define target‑state architecture, govern TSA exit strategies, and serve as the primary point of contact for divestiture and acquisition deals, coordinating with Business Development, Finance, and Sourcing teams.
- Own Day 1, Day 30, Day 100, and post‑close technology integration plans.
- Lead deep technology due diligence across applications, infrastructure, data, cloud, and cybersecurity.
- Translate due‑diligence findings into deal risks, mitigation strategies, and executable plans.
- Identify and realize technology synergies such as platform rationalization and cost optimization.
- Define target‑state architecture and govern outcome‑based TSA exit strategies.
- Serve as primary liaison for divestiture, acquisition, and joint‑venture transactions.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Finance, and Sourcing teams on NDA, valuation, and cost estimates.
- Negotiate TSA terms and vendor contracts to eliminate stranded costs.
- Implement program governance, track metrics, and ensure milestone delivery.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to develop integrated delivery roadmaps.
- Manage budget, resources, and execution timelines for DT M&A projects.
- Apply Lean principles to improve M&A processes and drive efficiency.
- Communicate progress regularly to stakeholders and maintain business continuity.
- Mentor and coach global DT team members.
- Travel 15‑20 % of the time, including international locations, to support M&A activities.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM discipline and bring extensive experience leading DT teams in program management, M&A, and TSAs. Proven expertise in large‑scale, global programs, financial P&L management, negotiation, and GE Vernova DT infrastructure is required, with an ability to travel 15‑20 % internationally.
