Minimum 15 years of experience, including 5+ years in project and team management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary project environments, including process, mechanical, and commissioning disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to guide, influence, and persuade internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse teams and disciplines.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation in Ontario.
Experience in engineering consulting or industrial project delivery.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks across various sectors, including but not limited to pharmaceutical, nuclear, industrial, airport, rail and transit, energy, and advanced manufacturing.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive integration across teams.
Bilingual (English and French) preferred due to the nature of our national and international client base.
