Work with site leadership to execute all contractual obligations and activities set forth with the customers daily, which can include composite repairs with respect to wind turbines.
Work in an indoor or outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions with blowing pollen, dust, and grasses.
Modify and repair fiberglass, carbon fiber, resin and other composite materials as needed.
Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) as required to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain a weight between 120 and 280 pounds, including clothing and boots, for OSHA safety compliance.
Lift and move equipment as needed (more than 50 pounds).
Evaluate, inspect, diagnose and document internal and external composite damage, then photograph and assemble documentation as required.
Supervised composite blade damage assessment.
Interpret engineering drawings and lamination schedules.
Coordinate with the engineering support team when needed for non-standard repairs.
Perform coating and structural repairs of internal and external composite structures, such as wind turbine blades and nacelles.
Lightening damage tip, carbon blade tip and multi-shell tip replacement.

Proven technical and team leadership skills.
Competent in repairing leading edge (LE) and trailing edge (TE) cracks.
Requires GWO Certification, either existing or available through Pearce Training Program.
Experienced with internal and external adhesive bonding.
Read and understand electrical schematic drawings.
Ability and willingness to climb a wind turbine vertically at least 300 feet.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with composite materials in any industry.
GWO Certified (BTT, BST) preferred.
Understanding of mix ratios for all composite repair chemicals.
