Accounts Payable Representative

• Code master card receipts and fuel receipts
• Receptionist rotation, daily mail pickup and drop off at the post office as needed
• Communicates with various departments to obtain necessary information
• Matches and codes invoices to purchase orders and/or receiving documentation for data entry
• Researches and resolves accounts payables issues with vendors
• Performs data entry

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of accounts payable experience
• Skills acquired from previous accounts payable experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
