Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins to ensure luxury standards are met.
Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems as needed.
Complete repairs, maintenance, and cleaning of both interior and exterior areas of the property.
Troubleshoot and perform repairs in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and appliances.
Deliver Class A customer service by building strong relationships with residents and going above and beyond to meet their needs.
Work under variable temperature conditions (or extreme heat or cold), under variable noise levels, outdoors/indoors, around fumes and/or hazards, around dust and/or mite hazards, around chemicals and bio-hazards
Perform preventative maintenance on apartments, amenity spaces, and building equipment.
Support additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations of the community.
Repair and maintain property structures including sinks, showers, cabinetry, appliances, doors, walls, and exteriors.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors in the Maintenance Manager’s absence.
Participate in an on-call service rotation to handle after-hours emergencies.
Protect and enhance the value of the property by ensuring all building systems and facilities are well-maintained.
Perform grounds maintenance including sweeping, trash removal, and light landscaping.
Assist with supervising Maintenance Technicians, including assigning work orders, scheduling apartment turnovers, and monitoring completion.

EPA 608/CFC Certification required.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems within multi-family housing or mid- to large-scale facility operations.

Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
