As a Product Support Operations Consultant you will improve dealer operational performance and aftermarket processes across the Africa, Middle East, and Eurasia region, with a particular focus on executing Customer Value Agreements and Condition Monitoring. The role involves close collaboration with both Caterpillar internal teams and the dealer network to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
You will lead process‑improvement initiatives, use data‑driven insights to optimize equipment maintenance and utilization, and facilitate training programs that build dealer capabilities. Regular performance assessments and operational reviews will ensure compliance with best practices while staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience), at least six years of experience in heavy equipment, construction, mining, or similar industries, and a strong grasp of aftermarket business models. Proven project‑management abilities, analytical problem‑solving, excellent communication, and fluency in English are essential, while experience with dealer operations, Lean or Six Sigma, and languages such as Arabic or French are advantageous.
