The role also requires documenting and analyzing test results, mixing chemicals with proper PPE, monitoring chemical shelf life, auditing manufacturing processes against internal and regulatory standards, and reporting process deviations.
The technician communicates findings that need interpretation, supports Operations and Engineering in identifying root causes, participates in solution development, and ensures rigorous implementation of corrective actions.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or associate’s degree, proficiency with MS Office 365, and the ability to work for Hitachi Energy in the U.S. Preferred experience comprises 2–5 years as a Quality Technician, familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, SAP, and strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
