As a Product Data Associate at MaxLite, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing product information across internal systems and customer‑facing platforms to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and readiness for product launches and ongoing operations.
- Generate model numbers for purchased and manufactured materials; conduct regular master data integrity audits.
- Input and manage Bills of Material (BOMs) via manual entry or automated uploads.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to integrate product data into promotional materials, websites, catalogs, and customer portals.
- Prepare and submit compliance documentation and track approvals.
- Support e‑commerce product data entry and uploads.
- Provide accurate data and handle sample requests for product meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate acquisition of product samples for photography and arrange in‑house lab testing.
- Maintain detailed records for new product development within the ERP system.
- Keep comprehensive knowledge of MaxLite products to assist internal teams and customers.
- Identify and implement improvements to product data management processes, policies, and standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–2 years of product data management or master data maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of lighting products is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution‑oriented approach.
- Must be able to commute and lift up to 25 lb occasionally.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
