- Demonstrate strong skills in facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, and capturing/documenting requirements.
- 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or process improvement roles.
- The ability to work across multiple business units, acting as a consultant, facilitator, and problem-solver.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience with documentation and collaboration tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, or similar).
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement techniques (certification not required).
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Have proven experience in business analysis or consulting, with a track record of identifying opportunities and delivering process or technology improvements.
- Exhibit strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
