Advocate for data best practices and drive adoption of data products across the organization.
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to enhance our data capabilities
Define success metrics for data products and tooling
Collaborate and align with the research and modelling teams to balance their needs with external clients
Partnering with stakeholders across departments to ensure schema alignment with business needs and technical constraints
Monitor usage, performance, and impact, and iterate based on feedback and insights
Lead initiatives to improve data consistency, interoperability and quality across systems
Identify and evaluate new data sources to enrich our products
Work with engineering to optimize pipelines for performance, reliability and cost-efficiency
Develop a strategy and roadmap for developing new data sources and enhancing existing ones based on creating new value to clients
Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate data needs into product requirements
Own the roadmap and continuous improvement of internal data management tools.

Ability to collaborate with and align a wide range of stakeholders around a shared vision: product, research, data, engineering and senior leadership
Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in data or platform-focused role
Background in the power, renewables or energy industry is a plus
Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex data problems
Familiarity with data pipelines and customer-facing data applications
Background in software engineering or data engineering, including experience with: graphQL, Snowflake, Typescript, ReactJS is a plus
Experience with APIs, SQL, Jupyter Notebook
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
