

Plan firm wide events and help reinforce an engaging, positive company culture
Lead recruitment efforts, manage job postings, interface with recruiters, screen candidates, and guide new hires through onboarding
Coach managers on feedback delivery, performance conversations, and PIP processes
Maintain compliance with employment regulations and handle all HR documentation (I-9s, handbook updates, policies, etc.)
Manage the firm’s review cycles (3-month, annual, and leadership 360 reviews)
Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, open enrollment, and liaise with PEO/brokers
You’ll oversee the full HR function, from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. This role touches every part of the employee experience and works closely with leadership on strategy, culture, and operational improvements.
Serve as a confidential resource for staff support, conflict resolution, and general HR guidance
Manage off boarding, exit interviews, and all personnel record keeping
Strong organizational skills and comfort navigating a fast-moving environment
7–14 years of HR experience (experience within architecture/design is required)
Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and benefits administration
Experience handling visas/work authorization processes
Strong communication and leadership skills; able to influence and implement change
Compensation: $120k-$150k+ with Full Benefits and Bonus
