Although based in the U.S., this is a global role requiring close collaboration with teams in Europe and Asia. You will work closely with Delta’s product-specific managers to integrate their roadmaps into a cohesive solution architecture. In essence, you will define and deliver a solution-as-a-product built from modular building blocks across multiple domains—like assembling a Lego set.
The ideal candidate brings a deep background in power systems and power electronics, complemented by working knowledge of controls and software, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role requires the ability to translate complex technical and architectural concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including customers, product managers, and global engineering teams. Prior experience in customer-facing roles, cross-regional collaboration, and strategic leadership is essential.
