Description

• Prepare and maintain complete resident files and upload appropriate paperwork in a timely manner.
• Follow all laws and regulations including Fair Housing and government programs.
• Maintain professional communication in all forms at all times with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Complete property/ unit inspections.
• Assist with upkeep of the property’s general appearance.
• Promote positive resident relations through courteous and timely responses to resident needs and concerns.
• Accompany new residents for the move-in and move-out processes ensuring all appropriate paperwork is completed.
• Assist the Assistant Manager and/ or Area Manager with projects/ tasks.
• Responding in a timely manner to all phone calls and emails.
• Schedule and meet with potential residents and guide them on tours of available units.

Requirements

• Reliable, self-motivated, position and professional.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Yardi property management software knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Effective and professional communication skills.
• Must hold a current driver’s license, auto insurance, and have a reliable form of transportation.
• Ability to multi-task and have great time management skills.
• 1+ years of sales, customer service, hospitality, or service industry experience.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or service industry.
