In this senior field technician position you will lead crews, oversee complex water transfer operations, troubleshoot, repair, and monitor systems with minimal supervision, ensuring work is performed efficiently and safely.
- Lead and train Water Transfer Technicians on‑site
- Set up, operate, and maintain pumps, pipelines, and filtration systems
- Perform emergency repairs and pipe connections
- Keep accurate records and follow SOPs
- Travel to job sites regularly, often for multi‑day assignments
- Complete daily field tickets and support operational reporting

The full‑time role is located in Canton, PA and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of water‑transfer experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work 12‑hour shifts, including days, nights, overtime and weekends.

- Valid driver’s license; CDL and Fusion Tech certification preferred
