As a Systems Manager (MEP) you will be integral to the construction process, overseeing a range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems from early design stages through project closeout.
You will collaborate with MEP trades, ensure coordination of submittals and drawings, and monitor material procurement, scheduling, and on‑site installation to meet quality and code standards.
The ideal candidate holds an engineering or construction management degree or extensive relevant experience, with a proven track record managing MEP teams on large projects and leading diverse personnel.
Preferred experience includes safety certifications and familiarity with project management software such as P6 and Procore, as well as knowledge of labor rate structures.
The role is both hands‑on and office‑based, requiring physical activity on active job sites and the ability to work in varied conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
