  • year of experience in tool and die in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Able to work closely with team lead and supervisor on planning the workload for the entire shift.
  • Hi-Lo Certification preferred, will be trained, and certified on the hi-lo.
  • Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process.
  • Able to safely operate a forklift and heavy equipment in tight places.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Housekeeping while in between quality checks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Read and comprehend schedule and BOM.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with strong aptitude for operating machinery.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.
