Drive luxury & premium real estate sales through channel partners and influencers.
Work closely with the marketing teams to conceptualize creative and innovative ways through which to enable the partners to get familiar with the projects and product offering.
Assist with developing new markets across geographies for the company, focus on growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients. Will take ownership of driving success in the market by bringing initial wins and misses to the attention of senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders and proposing adaptations in order to maintain and accelerate traction in the initial months following market entry.
Lead the PIE (Partner In Excellence) program ensuring strategic focus and direction that ensures development of a robust channel partner network for the Group across target markets / regions / geographies
Personally anchor key relations with select clients and investors.
Ensure regular contact to keep the partners active and engaged. Provide regular updates with respect to product & price to the channel partners. Ensure that information communicated by channel partners for any of the Embassy Group projects is accurate and updated. Connect on regular basis and promote the projects to them.
Ensure response to customer and broker queries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
Ensure leverage of channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches
Set up process and system to effectively manage the external and internal interfaces (Channel partners and functional teams):
Establish effective mechanisms to track, monitor, evaluate and report on key parameters – Channel partner growth, sales (volume & value), active network, events & engagement and budgets (commissions and administrative spend).
Continually drive efforts to develop the network and gain the support and commitment of the channel partners (marketing to and through the channel partners). Establish a “partnership environment” with effective motivation and support. Set shared goals and plans with the partners.
Track channel partner performance, getting into issues and factors impacting the sales.
Adopt appropriate corrective action and strategy to enable and improve the sales outcomes.
Stay up to date on trends in the real estate industries by being well versed with industry publications, attending industry events etc
Develop a disciplined focus on managing the partners:
Identify, recruit and develop new partners while improving productivity from existing partners.
Develop and execute strategy to achieve sales through channel partners for projects in each segment (Luxury and Premium) and in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
Define operating procedures with internal teams to on-board and service the Channel Partners including registration of leads, site visit coordination and regular product & price updates for the projects.
Ensure RERA and applicable statutory compliances for the Channel partner operations.
Develop process to induct and orient new partners. Ensure fit between product (projects), market and channel partner; clarity on process to register leads, schedule visits, invoices etc.
Develop the annual PIE program implementation plan (Annual goals, initiatives, events, engagement, budgets etc.) aligned to the overall business plan for residential business and the segments therein. Ensure execution of the annual plan with focus on key metrics for the function
Ensure focus on the top-performing partners, as well as the partners that have the strongest potential to grow.
Lead and manage the channel partner team by hiring, training and coaching the talent for success.
