Analyze, evaluate and forecast based on progress and performance
Perform financial reconciliations.
Build and maintain effective relationships with Project Managers.
Perform thorough QA/QC on all deliverables.
Track cost performance against baselines and update baselines accordingly
Understand and provide support to develop Work Breakdown Structures for project execution and monitoring.
Manage invoicing while ensuring compliance to project contractual terms and conditions.
Review and code 3rd party invoices for processing.
Routinely provide standardized, accurate cost reports for project managers.
Administrate the use of Oracle Financial systems (or similar) and in-house project management software (IPS) in the areas such as budget/cost control and reporting
Validate source data and ensure integrity of processes affecting project success such as project coding, budget allocation, A/R & A/P project related activity.
Monitor project budgets and facilitate change management processes as required.
Setup and maintain cost controls from project initiation to close out.

Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience, or combination of education and experience may be considered.
Understanding of the project management life cycle and project controls processes and procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with clients, contractors, and staff at all levels
Proficient user in MS Excel and MS Word.
Technical degree/diploma/certificate in business, economics, engineering, or related field.
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work under pressure, to prioritize, to multi-task and manage expectations.
