The Engineer will map and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder register, serve as the primary contact for external parties, and manage expectations by understanding their needs and issues. They will establish and monitor interface protocols, engage with key third‑party stakeholders, develop an Interface Management Plan, and ensure all necessary approvals and permits are obtained and tracked.
Additional duties include producing standardized documents and regular reports for senior management, issuing a monthly stakeholder report, supporting procurement and contracts, facilitating collaborative planning of interface works, disseminating information promptly, and complying with Hill’s quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health policies. The role also requires flexibility to perform other tasks as assigned.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university and possess at least ten years of experience in strategic planning or project management, preferably in major real‑estate development and water/wastewater master planning. Strong stakeholder management, agreement and MoU development, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English are essential.
