The PM also reports to senior leadership, presenting cost‑schedule‑risk views and participating in executive management meetings.
Required qualifications include the ability to mobilize matrixed teams, expertise in risk management, advanced schedule development, and proficiency with financial analysis tools. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, PMP certification, construction safety training, and proven experience in heavy‑construction project delivery and contract negotiations.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Primavera, an engineering degree or energy‑industry background, OSHA certification, and an advanced degree.
