  • Own 50+ daily customer interactions—calls, emails, and face-to-face—focused on service and satisfaction.
  • High School Diploma or GED (college coursework a plus).
  • A multi-tasker – you can handle competing priorities without losing focus or accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with urgency, shifting gears quickly, and managing multiple demands.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service required, admin support, or dispatching— Preferred in construction or home services.
  • Fast, accurate data entry and great attention to detail.
  • A team player – you work well across departments and pitch in wherever needed.
  • Familiarity with construction, windows, or home improvement industry is a big plus.
  • Adapt to changing workflows and new technology as we fully implement Salesforce.
  • A communicator – you make customers feel heard, respected, and confident in our service.
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word; Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
