

Produces HVAC, fire, security and building automation systems to optimize and protect buildings globally.
In this role you will improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs and support projects that enhance performance and safety. You will apply Lean and problem‑solving tools to eliminate persistent issues, identify, plan and execute capital improvement projects, and develop standard operating procedures and control documentation. Working with process owners and stakeholders, you will deliver change through teamwork and leverage digital tools to support problem solving and improvement.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in a manufacturing environment and either a completed electrical apprenticeship or a multi‑skilled engineering background with an electrical bias. You must be able to read and understand electrical drawings and diagrams, have experience with Lean manufacturing/continuous improvement and PLC‑controlled systems, and be self‑motivated to manage workload, identify issues and propose solutions. Strong problem‑solving skills are essential; project‑management experience and occasional UK/European travel are advantageous.
