Proficiency with AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design.
Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
Ability to make independent decisions on engineering problems and select appropriate structural solutions that are cost effective and constructible.
Experience with bridge analysis and design programs (LARSA, LEAP Bridge Enterprise, Lpile, SPColumn, MDX).
Experience designing plate girder and prestressed concrete bridges using AASHTO LRFD.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
