Manages contract administration procedures including generation, review, and monitoring of prime contracts, subcontracts, change orders, cost forecasts, and other pertinent documents and documentation
Supports cross-functional training

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction, construction project management and /or Services engineering or with equivalent experience
Self-motivated and flexible
Ability to be on site at Dallas area job sites daily or traveling regularly within the state of Texas. This role cannot be performed remotely
Experienced in Construction procurement methodologies
MS Office including MS Project, Excel and Visio skills
In-depth knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and industry best practice
10+ years experience in construction project management that will include critical Infrastructure for Datacenter, Pharmaceutical, Bio-tech or similar environments
