Key responsibilities include monitoring employee performance, ensuring work is completed accurately and within required timeframes, and maintaining high levels of customer service at all times.
The Supervisor operates under direct general supervision from the assigned manager or assistant program director while exercising leadership over staff.
The role involves overseeing production, quality control, and data integrity; conducting quality checks; ensuring compliance with policies and HUD regulations; identifying training needs and providing coaching; managing performance plans and disciplinary actions; approving timesheets; and delivering professional service to both internal and external customers. Additional duties include evaluating processes for program excellence, promoting communication across teams, obtaining required certifications, attending regular Housing Authority meetings, and performing other assigned tasks.

Candidates should possess a four-year degree in Public Administration, Social Science, or a related field (master's preferred), at least five years of progressive experience with three years in a supervisory capacity, the ability to interpret and apply federal, state, and local regulations, strong problem‑solving and judgment skills, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
