Developing the long-term strategic direction for the Service Nacelle, HUB & Towers commodity
You will be leading a team of 10 highly skilled Strategic Purchasers and Specialists
Build and define the future Service supply base for service within Nacelle, HUB & Towers in close collaboration with key stakeholders
You will have an open approach to encourage stakeholder input and a structured, fact-based approach to ensure ideas are prioritized and implemented
In this position you will be Global Purchase Manager in Service Procurement, where you will be responsible for the area of Nacelle, HUB & Towers
Work closely with the Matrix Regional organization on the Strategy Execution
Reduce complexity both in number of suppliers and part numbers
Build a close relationship with key suppliers in the commodity and continue to deliver value through long-term supplier account management and partnerships

5+ years of experience with strategic procurement
Experience with handling large yearly procurement budgets (200MEUR)
You will have an analytical, structured, and fact-based approach to problem solving

You should possess strategic thinking skills with the ability to recognize long-term impacts
Fluency in English
You should be a proficient leader who is creative, focused, motivated, able to unite and bring people together

Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain Management/Manufacturing/Business Administration/Any Engineering specialization
