

Owns and operates self‑storage facilities offering rental units for personal, business and vehicle storage.
Property managers work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and recommending solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies. They conduct daily storage unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and keep customers current on payments by making reminder and collection calls as needed.
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to walk around facilities, spending up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Responsibilities also include cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.
Successful candidates come from customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies. A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required for traveling between work locations, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Team members work flexible full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm, with weekend hours until 5 pm.
