Lead from the front with haart Estate Agents. As the UK’s largest independent property group, we are seeking an experienced Lettings Branch Manager to take ownership of our East London office, drive performance and shape success.
The position requires a full UK manual driving licence, at least two years’ senior lettings experience, strong communication, IT proficiency and a solid understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance.
- Fully‑funded training for nationally recognised property qualification (incl. ARLA)
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Minimum 2 years senior residential lettings experience
- Strong team spirit and collaborative attitude
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to create and execute business plans
- In‑depth knowledge of residential lettings legislation
- Capability to manage high‑volume, time‑sensitive workloads
- Proven track record of outstanding customer service
- Initiative, good telephone manner and strong IT (Microsoft) skills

- Legal right to work in the UK (passport/birth certificate, proof of address, NI, licence check)

The role offers a competitive total earnings package, including a basic salary, uncapped commission, bonuses and a company car or allowance, alongside a full‑time schedule of 8:30 am‑6 pm Monday‑Friday and Saturday coverage.
- On‑target earnings £50,000‑£60,000 total
- Basic salary £22,000‑£32,000 depending on experience
