• Create presentations, budgets/financial documents, and project playbooks.
• Assist in developing execution playbooks and training materials for project managers.
• Support vendor management, RFP creation, scope definition, and finance reconciliation.
• Perform project coordinator duties: data entry, contract administration, and use of PMWeb platform.
• Develop space‑planning scenarios and enhance business acumen with diverse client exposure.
• Update and clean spreadsheet data; analyze data for accuracy.
• Take meeting notes, track project schedules, and compile site‑visit summaries.

Requirements

The PDS internship offers hands‑on experience collaborating with project management teams on presentations, budgets, playbooks, and other deliverables. Interns gain exposure to vendor management, RFP development, finance reconciliation, space‑planning scenarios, and data analysis while supporting day‑to‑day coordination tasks.

Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree with 2‑3 years completed in Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or Engineering. Strong written and verbal communication, independent thinking, teamwork, and a proactive mindset are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The internship is on‑site in McLean, VA, and requires permanent U.S. work authorization; relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not provided.
