Maximize supplier utilization including M/WBE enterprises and ensure audit compliance
Conduct monthly building and property inspections to ensure optimal facility performance
Develop and implement annual management plans and participate in building shutdown events
Support project implementation for short and long-term client needs and assist with project management
Oversee maintenance and repair services in collaboration with the General Manager and technical staff
Attend site contact program meetings and oversee client reporting at various intervals
Assist with PO management, cost savings initiatives, and budget variance reporting
Coordinate vendor performance discussions and manage existing contracts while sourcing new suppliers
Manage Prism work order system and interface with tenant representatives and property occupants

2+ years of facilities or property management experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting role
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
Availability for Monday-Friday day shift and on-call emergency response after-hours
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities or property management
Proven track record of client service with ability to establish credibility with clients, facilities teams, vendors, and contractors
Knowledge of commercial real estate, building operations and systems, accounting, project management, and vendor management
