Work with Proposal and Project teams at order handoff to convert bid schedules into detailed and achievable order schedules with areas of scheduling risk highlighted and appropriate mitigation options to achieve on-time delivery are articulated and put in place.
Maintain flawless working relationships with production floor personnel.
Continually optimize schedule based on inputs and look for creative solutions as needed to accommodate changes in priorities such as emergency and other unplanned activities or unforeseen issues while still meeting customer commitments.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate production of orders and projects in our production facilities.
Collaborate with other Rotoflow scheduling personnel to ensure plans and priorities are aligned especially as resources and production are flexed to support all incoming demands.
Provide scheduling expertise to drive 100% on time delivery to customers.
Provide scheduling input for proposals that anticipate order timing, supplier availability, and future order execution resource availability to ensure quoted lead-times are appropriate for quoted scope, achievable, and meet or exceed customer speed expectations.
Forecast capacity and manpower needs and utilization based on current and future work.
Evaluate needed materials, work centers, and capacity to ensure production readiness. Mitigate as needed to drive on time completion.
Schedule part requirements in SAP to drive all purchases and shop orders, work with Procurement to ensure supplier deliveries meet production plans and incorporate latest expediting information into production plans.
Support prioritization of part inspection requirements, aligned with schedule priority.

Minimum of Associate’s Degree or equivalent
Excellent attention to detail
Solid understanding of SAP Production Planning module preferred
Minimum 5 years of resource and production planning experience with discrete equipment manufacturing or similar
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to learn and understand the specifics of the processes and inter-related steps that are required to fulfill a variety of orders from design, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing
Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline preferred. Experience considered in lieu of a technical degree
