- Possess 4–6 years of public or private accounting experience.

- Exhibit proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and accounting software (Intaact, QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Bill.com, Microsoft Office) and adaptability to new technologies.
- Communicate effectively through excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Travel up to 10% as needed.
