Ad hoc administration support to Building Services, Utilities, DMS and F&P teams
Management of the Building Services documents folder and continually assist documentation updates as required, including ISO requirements.
Support development and compiling of reports, presentations and communications to a high standard for internal and external use, taking the lead as necessary to meet deadlines
Attending function related meetings, monitoring team tasks, taking notes & tracking actions, issuing prompts/reminders and summarising responses. Issuing minutes as required
Support the compiling and transfer of information/documents/reports to various teams within the business with the support of team members

Have strong IT skills with competency across Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a challenging administrative role in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
A strong ability to multi-task and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment where relationships, organisation, and a high attention to detail is required.
